Strategic Execution: Support the Head of Partnership and Business Development team in driving and executing partnership strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, ensuring clear KPIs and management reporting to fuel revenue growth.  Partnership Marketing Leadership: Lead a team of 2 staff members to execute partnership marketing strategies and manage daily operations, including online/offline campaign development (e.g., including but not limited to lead generation campaign for DMTM, digital product promotion via partner’s channels, partnership events, seminars for Direct Sales and ad hoc projects etc.) and marketing collateral creation. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality execution of all partnership activities.  Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets and collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to optimize partnership synergy and brand affinity.  Operational Excellence: Develop and streamline operational procedures to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.  Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of partnership programs.  Data-Driven Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports to track KPIs (e.g., generated leads quantity and quality, partnership adoption, customer satisfaction, digital traffic) and refine strategies based on real-time performance insights.  Collaboration Enhancement: Work closely with the Business Development Team to deepen partner relationships, enhance customer lifecycle engagement, and deliver exceptional experiences through targeted campaigns.  Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of insurance industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.  7-10 years in insurance industry, partnership development, marketing, or related field.  Expertise in customer segmentation strategies. Deep understanding of distribution channels (agency, brokerage, partnerships, DMTM, direct sales & digital). Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights. Proficient in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other CRM/reporting tools. Proven track record of meeting partnership and revenue goals. Established partnership network with successful collaboration experience. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint skills. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency a plus.
