Job Summary:

Responsible to maintain account relationship & business development functions  and deep dive into the business to improve the profitable potential of Business Partners

Key Accountabilities:

Execute strategy and action plan to achieve both revenue & profitability target of business through all channels Maintaining end to end partner relationship, understanding partner needs, provide assistance and become trustworthy advisor for partner Preparing periodic sales forecast, sales report, business plan, business proposals and LJA. Monitor claim case, coordinate with all related department to settle claim case, provide all related document necessary to assist Claim and Legal team in court, propose Ex Gratia justification in require. Conduct proper KYC and fulfil the compliance requirement on KYC, and other regulated sales activities. Collaborate with related department to finalize business agreement and all document related with OJK submission. Monitor SLA implementation, ensure all business process deliver timely as agreed TAT. Seeking & implementing new initiative in terms of product & marketing method for his/her assigned Business Partner  Provide an update to the Manager on any arising clients issue

Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor degree from any relevant major Min 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial institution as Business Development or Account Management

Technical Expertise  :
