Job description:

Lead and manage the daily monitor Sales Manager toward its team, with duties such create planning sales strategies with the affinity partners, motivating sales team, monitoring the team sales activities and the performance of the members.

Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets. Maintain good relationship with key persons of exclusive partners Recruit, coach and train members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently Ensure that the sales progress is match or exceeds company Plan weekly and Monthly Ensure the sales process are according to BAU operation SLA and comply with the Business procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelor Degree from any relevant majorsMinimum of 2 years of experience working in the same position and training agents Minimum of 5-7 years working in Insurance industry or Financial Institution
