CHW/PSW Float Full-Time Salaried Position 70BW
*Previous Community Services experience is mandatory. Salaried Position 70BW (travel to be paid at minimum wage not part of the SP wage)

Set rotation of 9 days out of 14, including every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday.

10 hours of availability per day of working with hours being from 0630-1630 (days), 1200-2200 (evenings) or a combination of days and evenings.

A vehicle is required

Must be available to work for the full hours of availability to pick up visits

No assigned area

Mixture of retirement homes/Shared care facilities and Community assignments based on branch needs

Education\:

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)

Attributes\:

Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide\:

2 supervisory references,  A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening Proof of being negative for TB.
