What you will do:
Lead design and implementation of configuration management processes in cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with our DevOps practices. Design, develop and maintain CD/CD pipelines and all its elements. Champion Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Own container orchestration solutions (CaaS). Own Version Control and Change Management systems and way of working. Collaboration and Communication with various stakeholders. Drive an open-source strategy for cloud-native toolsets. Keep Security and Compliance in the equation for every element of the system. Own Scalability and Performance Optimization. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution. Drive a documentation and training strategy.
The skills you bring:
○ Proven experience as a Configuration Management Architect with a focus on cloud environments.
○ Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
○ Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools.
○ Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
○ Strong understanding of security principles in cloud environments.
○ Proven experience working with the open-source community.
○ Excellent scripting and programming skills.
○ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
○ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
○ Relevant certifications in cloud technologies and DevOps are a plus.
