本科及以上学历，机械制造或工业工程等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

熟练使用IE改善手法，3年以上相关工作经验，具备独立主导改善实践的经验优先；

Proficient in IE improvement methods with more than 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in independently leading improvement practices is preferred.

具备项目管理思路、数据分析能力，具有较好的协调能力和团队合作精神，具有较好的发现和解决问题能力、抗压能力和推动力；

Possess project management mindset and data analysis skills, with good coordination abilities and teamwork spirit; strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and drive.

英语读写流利；

Fluent in reading and writing English.

将精益生产工具应用于日常生产并不断推广（5S、看板管理、可视化及标准化、六西格玛等），帮助生产线提升效率；

Apply lean production tools in daily production and continuously promote them (such as 5S, Kanban management, visualization and standardization, Six Sigma, etc.) to help improve the efficiency of production lines.

工厂价值流及生产布局分析及设计、物流设计；改进操作方法和现场布置；不断优化产品生产流程；

Analyze and design factory value streams and production layouts, and logistics; improve operating methods and site arrangements; continuously optimize product production processes.

产能与人力需求评估，做好产线平衡分析、产线配合改善、制定产线平衡对策等；

Assess capacity and manpower requirements, conduct line balancing analysis, improve line coordination, and develop line balancing strategies.

依据年度改善目标，主导改善项目，支持年度降本增效目标的达成；

Lead improvement projects based on annual improvement goals to support the achievement of annual cost reduction and efficiency enhancement targets.

生产效率的数据统计及析、定期汇报；

Collect and analyze data on production efficiency, and report regularly.

精益工具在公司内的培训和推广；

Provide training and promotion of lean tools within the company.

协助评估和引进自动化设备、产线及工装夹具；

Assist in evaluating and introducing automation equipment, production lines, and tooling fixtures.
