In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Business Analytics experience; or a Master's degree or higher in fields such as business or finance

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of Corporate & Investment BankingAbility to research and report on a variety of issues like company hierarchy building (parent to subsidiaries) using problem solving skillsExperience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change managementExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of strategic planning and executionAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantExperience in financial analysis including company assessment (leverage, working capital, etc.) and internal client/LOB financial performance analysis.


Job Expectations:

Willing to work in shift 1.30pm till 10.30pm ISTHybrid work model (3days to work from office in a week)
