CACI is seeking a Circuit Board Commodity Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. This team specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of complex, state-of-the-art systems for military, space, and commercial applications. Our products include both optical and RF systems as well as sophisticated image processing & visualization systems. This team is comprised of highly experienced engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and quality team members who work in tightknit groups on state of the art projects while enjoying a good work-life balance.
What You’ll Get to Do:
• Coordinate “forecast and build at risk” meetings to drive the discussion and data collection needed to independently analyze, distill and communicate order and forecast information to accurately drive the material procurement within Product Solutions
• Own the processing of component parts from 'cradle to graduation' in support of the delivery of the final goods to CACI customers
• Analyze unique supply & demand needs to derive the appropriate material availability dates
• Provide backup Product Line Management support
• Coordinate the weekly review of the MRP tool based on forecast and orders
• Generate the appropriate purchase requests to support the production schedule
• Track the delivery schedule of the component parts
• Monitor the status of the WIP component inventory
• Build and maintain Supplier relationships to improve material costs and delivery performance
• Create costed BOMs in support of costing/pricing exercises
• Manage order specific data and life-cycles within the Order Management System
• Present, solicit, and assess feedback on the various forecasts from Management Team
• Develop policies and procedures and updating existing documents
• Coordinate expedited order requests and unplanned demand
• Work closely with Suppliers to ensure shipment delays are identified and action plans are implemented
• Travel to other CACI locations and supplier sites as necessary
• If required, obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level required to perform the duties of the position Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong team collaboration and analytical skills with ability to execute and follow-through on tasks to completion
• Solid understanding of ERP and MRP system functionality and its application for materials planning and control
• Superior organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and a high degree of initiative
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word
• Strong oral communication including the ability to express ideas and information and facilitate an open exchange of ideas
• Demonstrated problem solving to include the ability to identify and analyze problems; use sound reasoning to arrive at conclusions; find alternative solutions to complex problems; distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical judgments
• Solid written communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas in writing in a succinct and organized manner
• Requires a high degree of independent thought and decision making
• Demonstrated flexibility and results-orientated approach to handling daily tasks to completion
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years related experience in a manufacturing environment or related technical discipline with an equivalent combination of skills, education and experience
• Five years of experience in Master Production scheduling or equivalent with emphasis on Oracle or similar MRP environment
• Ten years of experience developing and maintaining supplier relationships as part of continuous competitive sourcing efforts Preferred Skills
• APICS or other supply chain certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
