Project is for improving search relevancy across various Cisco applications

Job Description-

General
a. Strong Java Skills and Analytical Skills.
b. Experience in Attivio/Search engine domain highly preferred.
c. Minimum experience of 8 years
2. Onsite Coordination
a. Help offshore/Onsite team on technical issues. Identify opportunities where Persistent technical expertise can be leveraged
b. Addresses the dependencies, asks, blockers for our offshore team. Collecting information (questions, answers, explanations) from the offshore team and presenting it to the client to fill in the gaps
c. Working as the first-level escalation point for problems related to the offshore team
d. Works with Cisco onsite stakeholders/teams on a day-to-day basis
e. Frequently communicates with stakeholders to review the impact to the project when dependencies are not met/addressed.
f. Understanding the high-level roadmap and the “big picture” of what is going on at the client’s side and communicating it to offshore team
g. Manages and sets customer expectations on a frequent/daily basis
3. Technical Role
a. Responsible for Project Delivery for assigned track at client site
