The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain Cisco IP telephone equipment, ensuring seamless communication across the plant. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco IP telephone equipment. + Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance. + Respond to on-call duties during nights and weekends as required. + Collaborate with plant staff to address and resolve technical issues. + Provide excellent customer service and support to plant personnel. + Enter hours on a daily/weekly basis. + Utilize email skills for communication and reporting. + Explain technical concepts to novices in an understandable manner. **Requirements:** + High school diploma. + Basic Windows OS & PC knowledge. + Basic knowledge of technician tools such as screwdrivers, multimeter, etc. + Strong customer service skills and a personable demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Technology-based college degree. + Networking skills with Telco/Cisco routers and switches. + Field experience maintaining networking equipment. **Training:** + Comprehensive training will be offered to ensure you are fully equipped to handle all responsibilities and challenges of the role. **Why Join Us:** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Be part of a team that values service first. + Competitive salary and benefits package.
