About the opportunity\:
We are looking for a seasoned Cisco Unified Communications Engineer to design, implement, and test critical voice and video communication infrastructure for the Network Enhancement project. Your expertise in CUCM, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (SME), CUBE, voice gateways, attendant consoles, and contact centre solutions will be essential in ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of the project. This is a part-time role that is fully remote but may require occasional travel to Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities include\:
Design, implement, and test Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and related components (SME, CUBE, gateways). Design, configure, and test attendant consoles and contact centre solutions. Optimize and configure video conferencing and collaboration systems. Troubleshoot and resolve voice and video communication issues. Monitor system performance and capacity planning. Collaborate and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure seamless integration of communication systems.
