Own the form, fit and function of HP Print-heads and will provide engineering resolutions to product/manufacturing issues.Implement a strong Product Quality System across the value chain, driving Product Qualification/Change Management processes.Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issueEngage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and ExtensionsIdentify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs.  This is especially true in any product or process NUD’sThroughout the program, characterize the product to ensure we understand the risks and what it would take to address the risksDrive Product Qualification processesDrive and implement strong Product Quality SystemOwn the form, fit and function of HP Printhead and drive Change ManagementEngage and drive solutions across HP value chains team such as Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Tech Support as well as Production, to improve Manufacturing Line Productivity, Yield and QualityConceptualize, Develop and Deliver solutions to simplify Processes and deliver Cost Reduction out of the Operations

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
