The Role
Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure – good at providing analysis, documenting and diagraming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally “figuring it out.” This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.
The Responsibilities Includes:
Perform intermediate issue analysis and resolution.
Identify root cause of issues.
Respond to server alerts and system outages.
Review vendor and knowledge base articles.
Respond to critical monitoring alerts.
Generate internal knowledge base articles and issue restoration scripts and maintain troubleshooting workflows.
Perform basic server maintenance operational procedures.
Manage user profiles and data.
Generate requests for additional issues restoration scripts and knowledge base articles as necessary.
Able to read built-in event logs for Windows and Citrix to do basic troubleshooting.
Strong verbal/written communication skills to interact with team members, customers, management and support personnel (technical and non-technical)
Work on technical problem identification and resolution, including responding

Required Technical and Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience managing large scan Citrix environment
on skills on configuring & troubleshooting Azure VDI and Azure cloud technologies.
Implementing compute, storage and network services on Azure cloud platforms.
Service consumption and its reporting, Cost management and its reporting, Dashboard and Integrations, Automation in reporting
Manage and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) setups (e.g., XenDesktop, XenApp)
Expert skills on troubleshooting cloud networks, middleware & cloud storage technologies.
Security & Backup implementation and troubleshooting.
Good Understanding of Networking and Security basics
Certifications: Azure Administrator Level Certification (AZ 104), Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty AZ-140
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
With bachelor's degree or master’s degree
Preferably having Multiple technology skills years of experience managing accounts
Hand on experience / understanding of automation through Ansible, Terraform is an added advantage.
