Job DescriptionGet to know the Role:
As a City Sales Lead you will be on the ground supervising the operational day to day activities at the area. Your team will be acquiring F&B merchant & support the grow of merchant's business in GrabFood & be the business consultant for merchants to maximize their potential. You will be based onsite in Grab Padang office. You will directly report to the City Sales Manager. The Role will be on contract basis.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Handle, control and monitoring all Sales activities. Including creating mapping, call plan, role play, reporting teamHave high ownership of city performance & be on top of merchant selection (pareto) and merchant business growthMaintain Top Merchant partner GMV and execute action plan to drive numbers GMV by evaluating store content and promo activitiesLead meetings with Top Merchant to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business obstacles, aligning with the company's long-term directionEnsure the achievement of target participant outlets / brands according to the portfolio list that has been assigned to Account Management.Work together with Strategy & Planning team on ongoing and upcoming campaigns & coordinate on the hitlist, segmentation, additional merchant that can be added to make the campaign better when it was runCooperate with Marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects running and also coordinate regarding asset that was gonna be used on campaignQualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
2+ Years of Experience in leading sales team, commercial and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycleProficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data setsExperience establishing communication and engagement with prospects your ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct wayFluent in both Bahasa & EnglishPassion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particularComfortable to work using laptop and internetGreat communication and negotiation skillsAdditional InformationLife at Grab
