Remote Civil 3D Drafter - Must have own Civil 3D on personal computer - 8 week assignment

Qualifications:

Candidate MUST have AutoCAD and Civil 3D on their computer3+ years of experience drafting and creating alignment sheets from survey dataProficiency in AutoCAD and legal descriptions draftingOil and gas industry experience OR exp. within commercial development, highways, etc.Reading and understanding maps, plat maps, as-builts, construction drawings and gas service records for existing condition interpolationRobust knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3DExperience with Plat Mapper preferred (or something similar)Applicants will have a basic understanding of survey procedures and data collection and a level of knowledge to work independentlyAbility to work on multiple projects using raw field data and computer dataAbility to apply land surveying methodologies, formulas, principles, and techniques to solve surveying-related problemsAbility to review their own work for accuracy and completeness and the initiative to recommend solutions or improvements as appropriateCustomer service and team-orientedShould demonstrate they are a self-starter, organized, attentive to detail, and able to work under stress to meet deadlines

Work Site

This is a fully remote position. Working hours are around the loose range of 7:30am-5pm CT. Must have your own computer with AutoCAD and Civil3d already downloaded.
