As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in advancing Building Information Modelling (BIM) integration across design and construction processes. Leveraging your intermediate expertise, you will develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring coordination with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your BIM skills, contribute to the creation of detailed models, and help enforce best practices within a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment.
The Opportunity
• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for various infrastructure projects, ensuring data consistency and coordination.
• Assist in the implementation of BIM processes and support the development of BIM standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to create accurate and coordinated 3D models.
• Check and ensure the quality and accuracy of work, offering guidance and feedback to team members.
• Represent the BIM team at external meetings and contribute to internal projects and activities.

Is this role right for you?
• A relevant qualification, such as a Diploma in Building and Construction/Civil Engineering or a Cert IV in Engineering Drafting.
• Proficiency in BIM360, Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks, with experience in civil and structural services, especially infrastructure projects like buildings, highways, bridges, railways, airports, etc. within a consulting and/or construction business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure the quality and accuracy of all work produced.
• Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
