Civil Case Manager

The Civil Case Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the flow of civil cases through the court system. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling civil cases, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal timelines. The manager will meet regularly with court officials, attorneys, and support staff to monitor case status, resolve any scheduling conflicts, and facilitate the efficient processing of cases. Additionally, the Civil Case Manager will prepare and distribute court calendars and maintain communication with involved parties to ensure everyone is informed of upcoming hearings and required documentation.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in the courts, law offices and/or case management. A minimum of two years' experience in an administrative or legal environment is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications is required, alongside effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
