Civil Design Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Design Engineer with a strong background in land development and a passion for growth. This role focuses on stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility design. We offer Hybrid work flexibility after 6 months of being with the firm, competitive pay that is above market average, and broad range of land development projects.

ResponsibilitiesDesign stormwater management systems, grading plans, erosion and sediment control measures, and utility systems.Develop and coordinate land development and site design plans and studies.Assist with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) design reviews.Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project success.Assist project managers with various development and site design engineering projects.Engage in regulatory permitting and zoning approvals.Essential Skills4-5 years of experience in land development.Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.Experience in stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and utility design.EIT preferred but not required.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong work ethicAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Aspirations to pursue a Professional Engineer (PE) designation.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr.
