Key Responsibilities
The Civil Designer will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions across multiple disciplines, including highways, rail, residential, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The role involves using advanced design software to develop detailed design, manage project documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will also:
Produce Civil Design outputs for construction and approvals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Support project delivery by providing technical expertise
Manage digital design environments (ProjectWise) and ensure proper documentation.
Participate in internal and external design reviews
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Providing innovative design solutions while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Managing multi-disciplinary coordination within large-scale infrastructure projects.
Ensuring compliance with design standards while adapting to evolving project requirements.
Balancing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering
Proficiency in software including AutoCAD, 12D Model, 12D Synergy, ProjectWise, Bluebeam Revu.
Ability to generate Civil Design outputs in various formats for coordination.
Strong understanding of design principles.
Experience managing project workflows and collaborating across multiple disciplines.
