Civil Drafter 📍 Location: Redlands, CA | Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire | Workplace: On-Site (Hybrid Flexibility) About the Role We are seeking a Civil Drafter with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and land development to join a dynamic team at Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers to prepare civil design plans, public works drawings, and survey maps for high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities ✔ Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to draft and design civil engineering plans for land development, public works, and utility projects. ✔ Prepare ALTA survey maps based on engineer-provided data and public resource research. ✔ Draft detailed construction drawings including grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility plans. ✔ Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet regulatory and industry standards. ✔ Conduct research and obtain survey data from public records to support mapping and design processes. ✔ Assist in proposal preparation and project planning to support business development efforts.
