Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer with expertise in land development to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership in a small, collaborative company environment.

Responsibilities

Site layout and designCommercial and residential planningGrading and utilities designErosion and sedimentation control designDEP permitting, including NPDESStormwater management designSanitary sewer designRoadway designLand development projects

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in land developmentProficiency in Civil 3D softwareExperience with site grading, stormwater management, and NPDES permitting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

EIT certification is a plusDesign skills in erosion control and sediment control

Work Environment

This position requires working onsite in the office. Our company fosters a laid-back atmosphere with a team of 15 employees, offering the chance to engage in multiple projects and collaborate directly with the President and VP.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $39.42/hr.
