What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive the creative design and execution of exciting civil engineering projects, leading the charge in site development, grading, drainage, and utility systems. Dive into the details with comprehensive analyses, making sure our projects not only work efficiently but sustainably, leaving a positive mark. Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, guiding and sharing knowledge with junior engineers to foster growth and innovation. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality standards and client relationships. Be a trusted technical advisor in client interactions, ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed client expectations, and building relationships our clients can rely on and trust. Providing project support for permitting and Construction Administration

Who We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of civil engineering, showcasing a track record of successfully managing projects. Hands-on experience in navigating Austin with a deep understanding of the local design and permitting process. Expertise in land development, particularly in multi-family residential, higher education, civic, and office Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. Proficiency in software applications such as FlowMaster, hydrology and storm drainage modeling programs, AutoCAD, and Civil3D. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex engineering challenges head-on. Excellent communication and leadership abilities will shine as you effectively collaborate in our dynamic team environment. Demonstrate your commitment to professional development, staying in the loop with industry trends, and keeping your skills sharp.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Hybrid work schedule New office location near Wes Anderson and Mopac Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing plans, or conducting site visits. Ability to move around client offices and work sites, climb ladders, and traverse uneven terrain. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of equipment or materials.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience is $80,000 - $105,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
