Seeking a full-time Civil Design Engineer (EIT required, at minimum)! Join our team of professionals that work closely together to achieve exceptional project design solutions for our clients. General Responsibilities: + Develop plans to include details and specifications suitable for submittal of permit applications (post-construction stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, land development and NPDES). + Produce designs/calculations, complete plans and permit applications and coordinate with reviewing agencies. + Assist the project director by providing project management and engineering support throughout the proposal, design, permitting and construction phases for the development of athletic facilities. + Perform construction administration and field observations during construction projects. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field + Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required + Experience/working knowledge of basic design principles for grading, calculation of slopes & grades, and site construction materials and methods + Training and/or work experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred + Ability to meet project and task deadlines as established by the project director + Strong written and verbal communication skills About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
