We are searching for a Civil Engineer to join our highly successful firm. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs to plan and design projects.Visit project sites to ascertain existing conditions.Calculate costs and determine the feasibility of projects based on collected data analysis.Prepare or direct the preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and designs for projects.Administer construction contracts and conduct periodic on-site observations during construction to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans and specifications.Use computer equipment and engineering and design software to develop engineering and design solutions.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline1-5+ years of experience with land development (residential and/or commercial).Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.EIT Certification or PE License is preferredAbility to read, analyze, interpret, and produce plans and specifications.Ability to write effective reports and correspondence.Firm understanding of all aspects of site development.Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.Strong communication skills and ability to embrace a teamwork approach.Additional InfoAll levels of experience (entry to mid-level) are welcome.Work Environment

The position operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in an office setting. We promote a family-oriented culture and emphasize teamwork across disciplines and offices. The current team consists of one senior engineer, one mid-level engineer, and one entry-level engineer. We are looking to add three more engineers to our team.
