Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to support a healthy workload that will remain steady for the foreseeable future. This role involves working on land development and storm water management projects for higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, park & recreation in Baltimore city & county, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.

ResponsibilitiesPerform site layouts, grading, and utility profiling.Develop storm erosion and sediment control plans.Work on land development and storm water management projects.Collaborate with a team on various projects across different sectors.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in land development/storm water management design.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.Additional Skills & QualificationsHaving an EIT certification would be advantageous.Demonstrates drive, initiative, and direction.Work Environment

This is an in-office opportunity with traditional hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility to start earlier. All employees are expected to be present from 9 AM to 4 PM. You will have a direct report with 5-10 years of experience to serve as your mentor, managed by a team coordinator with 10-15 years of experience. The firm takes a collaborative approach to completing projects and offers plenty of room for growth. Employees can choose to be client-facing or focus strictly on production roles long term, and will be exposed to a variety of projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00
