Role Overview

Site Management: Oversee all activities related to construction, including safety, quality, budget, and schedule. Contract Management: Manage and oversee contracts with EPC contractor, suppliers, and utilities. Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the interface between our O&M team, suppliers, and EPC contractor during commissioning and turnover. Personnel Management: Supervise site-based personnel and ensure effective communication and collaboration. Community Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with local communities. External Relations: Manage relationships with local government, permitting agencies, and utilities. Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable permits and regulations. Reporting: Provide regular management reports on project status. Civil Engineering Oversight: Monitor and oversee all civil works activities on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily logs and inspection reports using Procore or similar software. Issue Resolution: Document and report any technical issues related to civil works for prompt resolution. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Construction Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale energy projects. Battery Knowledge: Familiarity with battery energy storage systems. Civil Engineering Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. Procore Experience: Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software preferred. Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to document and report issues effectively. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing installations for large-scale energy projects. Certifications: None required, but PMP or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
