Job Title: Civil Engineer PMJob Description
The Project Engineer/PM provides both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization. This role involves designing and supervising construction projects such as water and wastewater, land development, and transportation, depending on the needs of the Service Center. The Project Engineer/PM estimates costs, personnel, and material needs for projects, conducts studies, and prepares written reports for clients. The role requires taking the lead on projects and may involve supervising other engineers, E.I.T.s, drafters, and field personnel. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, and the role may assist in business development efforts, including preparing statements of qualifications and proposals for potential clients.
Responsibilities
+ Design and supervise construction projects ranging from water and wastewater to land development and transportation.
+ Estimate costs and personnel and material needs for projects.
+ Conduct studies and prepare written reports for clients.
+ Lead projects and supervise other engineers, E.I.T.s, drafters, and field personnel.
+ Work individually or as part of a team for larger scale projects.
+ Exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
+ Assist in business development efforts.
+ Prepare statements of qualifications and proposals for potential clients.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
