Summary:
This role will lead and manage campus construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role involves policy development, project supervision, and compliance with technical, budgetary, and time requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction personnel and contractors Collaborate with other departments on projects Manage tenders and contractor selection Administer project budgets, schedules, and quality control Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Develop construction policies and safety training programs Manage permits and building code compliance Implement risk management plans Address project-related emergenciesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field Extensive experience in large-scale project management Strong leadership and coordination skills Proficiency in project management software Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Financial management and cost control skills Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies Commitment to quality, safety, and integrity in all aspects of work
