Planning and Scheduling

Participate in the preparation of Project Operational Plan, Master Schedule and PERT-CPM  Details the schedule based on the present condition/workability of the project site  Computes for the resource loading based on the construction schedule  Present to the Project Team the construction schedule for submission to the client/stakeholders; discusses with the Client/Stakeholders and seek approval of the same  Provides Project Team with a detailed target schedule/production:  Three-week look ahead  Three-month look ahead  Analyzes variance on time and resources.  Conducts committee meeting on schedule review.  Generates and recommends alternative plans and courses of action in consultation with the Project Team members.  Maintain and updates schedule — Actual against the Plan.  Monitors progress accomplishment.  Coordinates with the office engineer and PIC for the reporting of actual progress of work based on quantity and/or unit price.  Identifies and monitors events of delays in the schedule for the purpose of claiming time extensions and additional cost.  Generates a tail-end schedule to have a clear realization of the remaining works based on the actual and/or target parameters.  Updates resources loading based on the remaining works. 

 

4D/5D BIM

Create/update 4D model by Mapping of model element and schedule task using Naviswork  Utilize 4D model to simulate construction schedule to visualize construction sequences  Create 4D/5D model using MS Project cost loaded schedule  Utilize 4D/5D model to accurately track %CompIetion of the project for more accurate reporting  Prepare visualization report/videos to communicate project schedule with the project team  Able to utilize naviswork for visual walkthrough to analyze/identify potential issues  Coordinate model issues related to construction operations with the BIM team
