Job Title: Civil Engineer
Job Description

Engage in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with private real estate land development and redevelopment clients that result in a stable book of business with them. Prepare proposals and budgets for new projects. Manage client relationships and accounts, including billing & collections, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Lead project design teams to successfully execute projects. Mentor and train staff. Attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings, as applicable. Meet regularly with the Land Development Practice Area Director to discuss mission alignment, quality assurance and control, staff development, proposals, budgets, and project performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
