You will be part of a collaborative group that champions your career and passions, embraces challenges, understands the importance of work-life balance, and shares our commitment in making a positive impact through your work.   Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil Engineering Associate – Entry-Level in our Bloomington, IL office.  In this role, you will work with experienced engineers on site development, storm sewer/drainage design, grading, permitting, cost estimating, water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems.   Job Activities: Water distribution and sewer collection systems design Storm water management and collection system layout and design Collaborate with other Farnsworth Group disciplines and client consultants Construction observation / resident engineering Prepare permitting applications for various state and local agencies Specific Requirements include: BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum 0-5 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, required Stormwater Modeling experience, preferred Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois or on track to obtain license desired About Farnsworth Group Farnsworth Group is an award winning, employee-owned engineering, architecture, and surveying firm with more than 500 employees located in nearly 30 offices nationwide.
