Civil Engineering Practice Lead - Texas Water Wastewater
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineering Practice Lead specific to Texas Water Wastewater projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of water/wastewater engineering services and projects in Texas and will be responsible for providing engineering expertise, project management, business development, and technical leadership in the areas of water/wastewater engineering design and project management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of water/wastewater engineering services and projects in Texas.Provide engineering expertise in the areas of water/wastewater engineering designDesign and manage projects for clients in the areas of stormwater management, erosion and sediment design, and water/wastewater engineeringAssist in business development efforts at the local, state, and federal levelsBuild and develop strong client relationships.Oversee the quality assurance and ensure standards and regulatory requirements are being met.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staffQualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or Environmental EngineeringProfessional registration as a Professional Engineer preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design and project management servicesExperience in Texas water/wastewater regulations and standardsKnowledge of current permitting requirementsAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits
