Job DescriptionManage and lead design for public infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of nine full-time engineers within the survey, design, and material testing departments. You will be responsible for creating planning meetings, designing layouts for capital improvement projects, developing budgets and schedules, and possibly serving as Project Manager for city-designed projects. The position focuses more on supervision rather than production.

The candidate will work in the office three days a week and can work remotely for two days a week. The initial interview will be conducted over the phone or virtually, with a subsequent on-site interview.
