Job Title: Civil Project Manager
Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with clients, the Director of Operations, Safety Managers, Project Engineers, Field Superintendents, and Project Administrators. The primary responsibility is to manage job costs, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Operations, Safety Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and vendor partners to manage multiple projects, schedules, and team members.Initiate new projects and conduct pre-construction meetings.Control and manage project documents, including drawings, submittals, schedules, workflows, contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, PCOs, etc.Plan project stages and tasks, track progress, and update schedules accordingly.Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and prepare PCOs.Coordinate material procurement with Superintendents and verify material conformance to contract documents.Prepare submittals and subcontract scopes of work, costs, and contracts.Coordinate weekly site meetings as needed.Track PCOs, RFIs, drawing changes, and submittals.Prepare Schedule of Values for monthly payment applications.Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare cost reports.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer on civil projects (e.g., concrete, municipal/federal, earthwork, Army Corps of Engineers).Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.Proficiency in software such as Vista Viewpoint, Dropbox, Heavy Job, Bluebeam, Aconex, Procore, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.Experience Level:

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $48.00/hr.
