Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants

· Develop and implement strategic plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion

· Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

· Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to streamline project workflows

· Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve desired project outcomes

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process

· Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues proactively

· Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with project specifications

· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and productivity

Education Qualification

· B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

· 22-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry

· Proven track record in Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants

· Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and supervising large-scale projects

· Expertise in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

· Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
