Role Overview

Lead and manage a team of Civil Engineers to ensure the successful completion of projects. Utilize your expertise in Civil Engineering to diagnose and solve complex problems and provide technical recommendations. Represent the company as an authority in the field and act as a role model for developing experts within the team. Integrate diverse disciplines to achieve project delivery and actively identify new approaches to enhance efficiency. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a strategic level, while also managing opposite interests. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures, and actively identify new approaches to enhance efficiency. Provide expert advice on design, operation, and integrity management of facilities/plant, and integration with relevant stakeholders including contractors. Act as a community leader for subject matter experts and provide expert advice to support external activities. Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Ensure high-quality project delivery and manage any potential risks or issues that may arise.

Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of design principles and procedures. Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems and provide technical recommendations. Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a strategic level. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of experts. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of industry standards and procedures, with the ability to identify new approaches to enhance efficiency. Efficient time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines. Expertise in project management and budget management. Ability to integrate diverse disciplines to achieve project delivery.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Certifications in project management or relevant industry standards are advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering or related field.
