Civil Transportation Project Manager 

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil Transportation Group. Position Description

Work on a variety of projects with clients in the public sector Lead the development of multimodal transportation projects including design for city streets, bike and pedestrian facilities, trails, and transit facilities Provide design leadership and guidance to staff Mentor, train, and contribute to the development of staff Coordinate and communicate directly with stakeholders, public agencies, and franchise and public utility companies Participate in business development including pursuing projects and writing proposals

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 10 yrs of applicable transportation design experience Professional Engineer in Oregon (or ability to obtain within 6 months) MicroStation and Inroads and/or AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency Effective communicator with excellent writing skills  Committed to technical excellence and meeting client needs Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities 

Additional Desired Qualifications

Experience and relationships with transportation agencies in the Portland area, including PBOT, ODOT, and TriMet Experience managing small to medium size contracts and task orders 

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected base range for a qualified candidate with 10 years of experience is $110,000 - $150,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
