Verdantas is hiring a Civil Water Resources Project Manager to support out Philadelphia, PA office.
Responsibilities: Manage diverse projects involving multidisciplinary teams Develop and maintain client relationships as primary or secondary client contact for projects Lead in the development of strategy, the scope of work, and budget for projects Design and oversee the preparation of construction documents, applications for agency review, and/or reports Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards Plan and execute work tasks, as well as oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlines and budgets Solve problems creatively and effectively Communicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clients Motivate, mentor, and encourage junior staff and help the team achieve success
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering; Graduate degree preferred 7+ years of experience in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering PE Required; Pennsylvania PA preferred AutoCAD proficient, Civil 3D a plus Understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles and models for analysis Experience in Philadelphia strongly preferred
