Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Work Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a focus on overseeing large-scale civil projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will play a key role in developing and implementing construction strategies, driving project initiatives, and contributing to innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor civil construction policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential issues and areas for improvement in civil construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and efficiency in civil construction processes. Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on civil construction best practices and regulatory requirements. Analyze civil construction data and metrics to track performance and identify trends for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on civil construction performance, project status, and compliance to management. Stay updated on relevant civil construction regulations and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of civil construction regulations, standards, and methodologies. Proficiency in English and French is mandatory; fluency in Dutch is appreciated. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
