This position is for a Extended Service Manager(Audit) role at Concur Japan. Please note that native level Japanese is required. 

 

【職務内容】

コンカーには、経費精算における領収書と経費規定チェックをお客様の代わりに行う監査(Audit)サービスを提供しています。エクステンデッドサービスマネージャーは、お客様の要件の理解、監査サービスの導入、導入後のお客様サポートを主導するポジションであり、社内、国内のパートナー、海外のチームなどと幅広く連携して業務を行います。

【必要な経験・スキル】

■必須
3年以上のプロジェクトマネージャー、導入コンサルタント、またはソフトウェアサポートの実務経験のある方

■歓迎
お客様と直接お話する機会が多いため、技術的な専門知識と誰にでもわかりやすい表現を織り交ぜてサービスを効果的に伝えられる能力。
お客様や国内外のサービス関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションスキル、課題解決に積極的にアイデアを出し、かつ自主的に取り組む方。 

■資格、語学など
TOEIC750点程度(文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力)

Audit業務を通じ、プロジェクトマネジメント能力、折衝能力、コミュニケーション能力、英語能力など様々なスキルを習得することができます。
キャリアパスとしては、Audit導入のスペシャリストやAuditチームのマネジメント、Audit業務を通じて得たプロジェクトマネジメント能力を活かし、導入コンサルタントロールを目指すことも可能です。
