Key responsibilities
1. End to End support via Calls & Emails.
2. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
3. Provide correct & valid information by using correct tools.
4. Creating & updating the remarks on every single call/email.
5. Go extra mile to avoid any hustle.
