About the Role

Responsible for handling End to End Major claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision.

EnEnd to End Major claim process have good quality and valid as our policy provision.sureMonitoring performance reimburse process internal by create solution to minimize repetitive error or any delayed process.Analysis whole documents to make sure efficiency & effectiveness of pending claim.Minimize complaint and increase customer satisfactionVerify and analyze whole document claim (including claims that have been process by TPA) before refer claim to Investigator and make sure indication for claim investigation is needed.Cooperate with other department needed such as : Underwriting Dept related cases with PEC / NDC, Legal Depart, POS, etc that’s found at internal claim process.Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim process.Maintain and ensure SLA process achieved.Cooperate with Corporate Solution team related claim EB Major.Involved as a member of product development team to ensure the benefit in the policy provision can be implemented in the claim processCreating Correspondence Letter such as Return, Reminder, Patient Letter and Decline letter by manual to PIC Client/ Corporate Solution.Create/Provide Report Claim EB Major.
