This position reports to a Supervisor in the Claim Operations department.  The department provides critical operations support to our NA Claims Partners.     

Major Duties/Responsibilities of the Job:

Provide reserve assistance Research/process returned checks and bring to resolution.  Handle check copy requests. Print, reconcile, and manage Claim Operations Financial reports. Accurately assign and/or reassign claims according to established service guidelines and accurately track assignments in a database Make use of multiple claims systems, internet sites, and reference guides to electronically process, name and attach scanned documents to paperless files. Have the ability to work in an agile environment. Process all special requests forwarded by examiner/supervisors within established service level agreement. Recognize, prioritize, and escalate severe claims according to escalations guidelines. Create and maintain productivity logs for the purpose of tracking department results. Support an environment of continuous improvement by offering ideas/suggestions to improve workflows/processes. Process Financials to include cash receipts and bulk billing. Assist with and/or participate on assigned projects assigned by Manager or Supervisor. Working knowledge of key business support areas. Have the ability to work in a team environment.

Demonstrated customer service skills.Ability to evaluate work throughout the day and act on items of priority within scope of responsibility.Knowledge of computer navigation skills, including knowledge of Chubb operating systems Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established workflow guidelinesPossess strong verbal, written and grammar skillsDemonstrated time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritize, manage, and process multiple work requests/tasks.Prior knowledge of Claims Operations processes and Contact Center operations practices is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience
