Great American Financial Institution Services Division (FIS) specializes in providing risk management, fee income and product enhancement programs to vehicle lenders and lessors, commercial equipment lenders and mortgage lenders throughout the U.S. and Canada. Target clients include commercial banks, credit unions, finance companies, buy-here pay-here dealers and leasing and rental concerns. The FIS Division is currently searching for a Claim Operations Associate. This individual will work out of the downtown Cincinnati office.Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information.Prepares and maintains records.Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).Scope of Job/Qualifications: Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies.
