Primary Position Objective:
Identifies, analyzes, and understands general Claims system issues and process across multiple areas to provide recommendations for resolution. Collaborate with Claims Operations Verticals, Product, and Tech stakeholders to address questions, remove blockers, and resolve issues. Mitigate risk and manage organizational change as applicable to ensure efficiency of delivery of system and process changes for internal/external customers. Provide customer required Claims system configuration, administration, and changes as applicable to ensure business continuity.

EMPLOYS empathy, design, and systems thinking to define backlog and break requirements into stories for the agile team.
RALLIES disparate groups with different motivations to pursue common goal.
WORKS on multiple deliverables while always utilizing data analysis, technology, and human-centered design to keep customer goals in mind.
EVALUATES and COORDINATES resolution of reported production problems with Product, Tech, and Operational Vertical stakeholders. DISPLAYS knowledge in multiple areas of technical and Claims Platform process.
IMPLEMENTS Claims platform configuration changes to meet stakeholder needs, TRACKS and MEASURES effectiveness. UNDERSTANDS downstream impacts on configuration changes.
UNDERSTANDS inter-relationship of multiple dependent systems that interface with Claims. VERIFIES output as valuable and functional.
ADHERES to GEICO Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and coworkers.

Annual Salary
$59,450.00 - $115,825.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
