About the Role

As a project manager to manage and drive different projects and initiatives aligning with company strategic goals, department objectives and KPIs.
As a champion to transform and modernize customer journey and work process to provide the best-in-class service through re-designing customer journey and optimizing work efficiency with innovation, technology and re-engineering, aligning with strategic priorities and operation needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management

Manage, maintain and drive project plans, roadmaps, deliverables and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic plannings and goals, achieving results and KPIs.Lead and keep team leads and stakeholders updated with project status, progress, and milestones.Ensure timely follow-ups with relevant counterparts to address business and operational challenges; identify and escalate potential issues or risks, supporting with actionable solutions and plans.Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

Transformation

Have strong cross-department collaboration to develop, steer and implement projects/initiatives for journey-redesign, system modernization and work re-engineering, to achieve and meet company vision, department objectives, KPIs and operational needs.Formulate initiatives and define user requirements to lay down the framework and details, to realize the transformed journey and process with uplifted experience and efficiency.Coordinate/conduct UAT, if necessary, to ensure the delivery of the intended direction and planned design and experienceCoordinate with relevant parties for deployment.Design, roll out and host workshops/training sessions to relevant users on the transformed journey/process.Foster a culture of transformation and continuous improvement; cultivate a strong sense of cross-team support and collaboration 

Job Requirements:

University degree5-8 years related experience in project management, transformation and projects, or an equivalent combination of education and related experienceStrong customer centric mindset with experience in customer journey and work process designStrong proficiency in MS Office suiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.Strong problem and conflicts solving, and decision-making abilities.Self-motivated, self-managed, organized, work independently but also a strong team player.Positive to taking up challenges and to work under pressure.Exceptional organization skills to prioritize and manage multi-tasking.
