The Quality Analyst is responsible to provide their professional experience and expertise to drive consistency in quality standards across the company at a local level. They will monitor and analyse the quality of the services provided to our customers and clients, and develop and implement protocols, standards, and guidelines to maintain and improve those services where necessary.

Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, and has good listening skills. Ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles. Showcase all 5 crown values while drafting emails to the clients.
