About the work

You will be part of a Nordic consumer claims group of 16 people divided into Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. 

As a claims adjuster for our Finnish customers, you mainly talk with the customers on the phone and e-mail, you ensure that the customer receives the correct compensation and handles the claim in accordance with the insurance terms. You create a good customer meeting with high availability. 

Your main duties include:

Handle illness/accident and business travel claims. Ensure that all incoming calls are handled in an efficient and customer-focused manner.  Identify complaints and resolve them in a professional manner. Participate in various claims projects (e.g. improvement of the claims process)

We are looking for you who:

Have experience in service professions with customer contact and customer care.Have experience in claims handling. Has the ability to make quick decisions and is calm in stressful situations and convey decisions in a clear way.Can focus and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.Have easy to collaborate with others, take responsibility for your own performance and put a great commitment into your work.Fluent in Finnish in speech and writing and very good knowledge of English in speech and writing, other Nordic languages are meritorious.
