PRIMARY PURPOSE: To support the Client Services discipline within the assigned office or region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with the assembly of contracts, renewal documents, and Client Service Instructions.Assists with the development of Stewardship reports.Provides ancillary support based on client or departmental needs.Participates in client meetings.Day to day client interactionProvides oversight of handling adjustersResponsible to ensure reserves, coding and reporting is up to dateComplete file reviews, internal and client drivenADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance preferred.Applicable Adjuster LicensingExperience
Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include five (5) years of adjuster experience.Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of insurance, claims or business managementExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsPC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Excel, PowerPointAnalytical and interpretive skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesSedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
