Claims Administrative Support Specialist
As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.

Must-have qualificationsHigh School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience{OR} one year post-secondary educationPreferred skillsProficiency using office equipmentProven organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and quickly switch dutiesCommunication skills with the ability to work in a team-environmentCustomer service and follow-up skillsSchedule:This position is anin-office role. During training, your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm. After training, your schedule may shift depending on business needs.Compensation$20.19 - $21.63/hour, commensurate with experienceGainshare cash incentive program up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
